Yes, this is one of the healthiest and most loving practices you can adopt.
It’s common, and highly recommended by natural health experts, to cleanse during fall and spring.
Usually, this involves buying some products – pills, herbs, juices, shakes, laxatives etc. – and existing on them for a defined period.

Problem is, what happens after?
If you’re like I was, I would simply return to my usual way of eating, and the pounds I lost would be back very soon.
I’d promise myself it would be different next fall, but the truth is, these commercial cleanses aren’t designed to teach us how to be after and for the rest of our lives.
