How can I stop bingeing?
I’ve heard this question so many times,
from clients, friends, and even strangers
(once they discover I’m a Master certified weight loss coach)
That I decided to teach you.
I’m holding a free webinar on Wednesday,
And if you’ve ever asked yourself “how can I stop bingeing?”
Then you should come.
It’s going to be online,
All you do is click a link I”ll send you when you sign up,
And I’ll teach you seven ways to stop a binge,
And at the end, when I’ve answered all your questions,
I’m going to tell you all about my newest Weight Loss Warriors group,
which starts July 20,
and which I highly recommend if you want to finally lose your extra weight permanently,
without ever feeling deprived.
But back to Wednesday, come.
Even if you aren’t interested in my 3 month class, come anyway,
Because I want to teach you how to stop struggling.
I want to teach you how to stop a binge.
In the middle of it.
And, even better, before you even start.
How fantastic would that be?
Many women tell me that they are overweight because they love food.
I disagree.
My guess is that, when you love something, you pay attention to it.
If you love a food, and give yourself permission to eat it,
You will probably savour every bite, and eat it slowly, to relish the experience.
When I teach clients to eat foods they love this way,
They find that they need so little to be satisfied.
Not enough to make them gain weight.
If you’re overweight, it’s probably because you’ve been doing the opposite.
You’re probably eating so much food so quickly that you don’t even taste it.
Or even know what you ate, once you have stopped bingeing.
This is what causes you to gain weight.
The scariest part of a binge, is that you feel like you don’t know how to stop.
You feel out of control.
I am going to teach you that you are in control.
And, most importantly,
How to find your control even when you’re right in the middle of a huge binge.
Most of my tools will help you prevent the binge
(stop it before it even begins- MAGIC!)
And some will help you when you’re right in the middle of it.
For now, please know
There is nothing wrong with you.
You aren’t broken.
You aren’t weak.
You aren’t incapable.
You just haven’t learned the skill of preventing or stopping a binge.
I will teach it to you.
And if you practice it repeatedly, then you’ll have it.
Magic.
